We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use, tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your order. Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Problematic Items
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item so we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions / Ineligible Items for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized or custom-made items, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you own. Once the return is accepted, you will need to make a new purchase separately.
Right of withdrawal – European Union (14 days)
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without having to provide any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you must also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and review the return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take some additional time to process the refund.
